I saw this ripped undershirt photo online and I grabbed it. The font is a wild classic French font someone sent me for a project. It reminded me of Henri deToulouse-Latrec posters from the turn of the century1800's. I augmented the title with the flourish.
The line "If you want some ... git some" came intruded into my studio while I was creating this piece. The new HBO Hardknocks episode 1 was on and one of the players said it with some flavor. It sunk into my subconscious. Viola.
